I assess your vehicle at home, work, or another suitable location and focus on finding the source of the problem.

A More Personal Way to Understand Your Vehicle

I begin by listening to the symptoms, recent changes, and warning signs you have noticed. I then carry out a focused diagnostic assessment using suitable equipment and practical checks. The aim is to separate the underlying fault from the symptoms it creates.

Once the assessment is complete, I explain what the findings suggest in clear, useful terms. You will understand which repairs may be needed, what can be prioritised, and where further investigation could be helpful. The conversation is tailored to your vehicle and your situation.

Ideal For

• Warning lights or dashboard messages

• Unusual noises, starting issues, or performance changes

• Vehicles that are difficult or inconvenient to move

• Drivers wanting repair options explained clearly

How It Works

1. Share the Symptoms: Tell me what the vehicle is doing and when the issue began.

2. Complete the Assessment: I inspect the vehicle and use diagnostics to investigate the fault.

3. Explain the Options: I talk through the findings and practical next steps.
